Maaf klw kedepannya sy ambil langkah hukum terkait UU tentang perlindungan konsumen karna udah lalai dan wanprestasi terhadap apa yg telah disepakati dalam surat pesanan. Makasih
As the buyer of the Vespa Sprint motorbike at a DPM dealer on Jl. Raya Jatinegara Timur - East Jakarta, I am very disappointed because the STNK process has not been completed for more than 2 months, the promise is 45 working days due to invoice problems in Piaggio Indonesia. Sorry if in the future I will take legal steps related to the Law on consumer protection because I have been negligent and have defaulted on what was agreed in the order letter. Thanks
