β β β β β Sebenarnya recruitment nya lumayan fast respons, tes psikologi pun dibuat onlie agar waktunya flexible. tapi gimana yaa.. Mungkin intinya hanya bad time management aja. Janji tertulis interview jam 10, dan jam 10 pula ditinggal pergi meeting 1 jam disuruh nunggu. Tapi krn saya ga punya banyak waktu. Yasudah akhirnya saya akhiri semuanya... Wassalamuallaikum wr wb...
Ps: hargailah waktu orang lain, karena kita tidak tahu apa yang orang itu korbankan untuk waktu yang mereka luangkan.
Actually the recruitment is quite fast response, psychological tests are also made online so that the time is flexible. but what about it.. Maybe the point is just bad time management. The written appointment was for an interview at 10, and at 10 I was also left to go to a meeting for 1 hour and was told to wait. But because I don't have much time. Well, finally I ended it all... β β β β β Ini perusahaan kalau ada yang lapor ke disnaker, pasti kena. Jam kerja diluar kesepakatan, selalu over time tapi ga ada tambahan lembur. Perjanjian kerja dr senin-jumat tapi ternyata weekend tetep disuruh ngerjain kerjaan kantor dirumah, sampai sakit pun tetep suruh ngerjain di rumah. kena covid gaji dipotong separo. Suruh resign nggak dikasih tau sebulan sebelumnya. Ada bulan dimana seluruh karyawan diwajibkan beli produknya dan gaji kalian akan dipotong utk bayar produk itu. Ga ada BPJS ketenagakerjaan & kesehatan. Parah sih. Ga ada yg betah lama lama, cobain aja

β β β β β 2 kali interview: konon dahulu kala kali ke 1: posisi SPV, gaji gak cocok krn saya sudah head dept (blm mngr lah). Kali ke 2: sudah Mngr HR.
