★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk dalam hal tagihan. Pelanggan sll dibuat pusing dlm membayar tagihan tepat waktu melalui indomaret atau alfamart karena jumlah tagihan belum dapat dilihat hingga akhir masa waktu pembayaran. Customer Service via Wa jg tdk pernah menjawab pertanyaan konsumen.
 Bad service in terms of billing. All customers are confused about paying bills on time through Indomaret or Alfamart because the bill amount cannot be seen until the end of the payment period. Customer Service via Wa also never answers consumer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tidak ada info mengenai pembayaran. bbrp kali datang diminta pulang lg katanya tagihannya masih kecil, paling 30 ribuan.. ternyata kena denda. sulit membayar online (tidak bisa melalui m banking, e commerce)
