Citra Mulya Puloampel yang lagi nangkap ikan berupa perahu bagan, bahwa perahu tsb telah di tabrak atau tertabrak oleh kapal Tug boat menggandeng tongkang TB, Kapuas Jaya 3653, diperkirakan perjalanan Tug Boat tersebut sekitar dari arah perairan Bojonegara atau Suralaya menuju kearah tengah laut jawa.
Adapun kecelakaan tersebut tidak ada korban jiwa hanya kerusakan dan kerugian sarana kapal berupa jaring hilang dan kerusakan body perahu tersebut.
