Penanganan LAMBAT banget, cuma klaim kaca mobil 3 minggu baru di urus, surveyor gak profesional sekali. Kecewa sekali
The handling is really SLOW, only claims for the car glass for 3 weeks have just been taken care of, the surveyors are not very professional. Very dissapointed

Saya klaim utk mobil dari tanggal 23 Januari 2019 sampai detik ini tanggal 15 Februari 2019 sya tulis nih komentar belum ada respon sama sekali baik dari pihak asuransi maupun dari pihak dealer di mana sya datang untuk klaim..sementara telp sales/surveyor nya gak pernah di terima / di respon..
I claim for a car from January 23, 2019 until this moment on February 15, 2019 I wrote this comment there has been no response at all from the insurance side or from the dealer where I came for the claim ... while the sales / surveyor was never on accept / respond ..

Asuransi jelek bngt...kecewa bnget... Udah lambat..massa part bamper nya di ganti pake yg bekas...warna nya siraman lagi.
Really bad insurance ... really disappointed ... Already slow ... replace the mass of the bamper part with the used one ... the color flushes again.

Saya sangat kecewa dgn penanganan claim di asuransi ini . Sampai saat ini saya cuman claim kaca spion Honda jazz saya sudah lebih satu bulan tidak di tanggapi .setiap saya telepon hanya janji janji . Saya tidak tau sampai kapan hanya janji Buat pihak asuransi yg membaca tulisan saya ini saya katakan Saya bukan pengemis saya menuntut hak saya Kl memang kalian udah ga sanggup ganti biar saya ganti sendiri . Jangan sampai saya berbuat .

Klaim asuransi, cepat banget gak sampai 30 menit, sdh terbit SPK. Ramah, cepat di bantu . Klaim yang 2 kejadian, di bantu yang baret kecil.
Insurance claim, it really doesn't take 30 minutes, SPK has been issued. Friendly, quick to help. Claim 2 events, help with a small beret.
