Barang sudah sampai setelah 7 hari kerja tidak termasuk sabtu-minggu.
Pelayanannya cukup baik, namun alangkah baik nya jika pengerjaan dan pengiriman barang dengan waktu yang cepat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar awal tahun 2017, saya pernah order di website-nya (dulu bisa langsung di website-nya). Pelayanannya memuaskan dari sebelum order sampai produk telah diterima, bahkan setelahnya. Dulu sih sebelum pesan, kontak WA-nya dulu. Adminnya sangat responsif. Admin sangat membantu konversi sizingnya ke ukuran cm, jadi ukuran sepatu yang saya pesan bisa pas di kaki. Kemarin coba kontak lagi nomor WA-nya karena masih sama. Kebetulan setelah pembelian pun kadang masih di WA untuk pemberitahuan promo. Bisa rekomendasi deh ke temen-temen yang suka nanyain sepatuku. Adminnya masih seperti dulu, sangat responsif. Rencananya mau order lagi karena kualitas sepatunya oke punya. Support-nya bagus, bikin kaki nyaman. Soalnya dulu pernah punya masalah sama sepatu merk lain sampai gonta-ganti. Tumit, lutut dan betis sampai sakit karena supportnya kurang cocok, sol belakang juga aus. Sejak pakai sepatu safety Dr OSHA jadi gak pernah sakit lagi. Mungkin karena desainnya yang ergonomis, insole-nya juga empuk, gak pegel meski berdiri 8-9 jam. Sepatunya awet pula dan rekan kerja sampai notice sama sepatu aku yang tahan lama, katanya gak retak-retak/patah-patah outsole-nya. Terima kasih Dr OSHA. ??
