★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati hati bagi yang melintas pada malam hari di jln kemanggisan raya dikarenakan minim penerangan juga karena truk besar dari pt oasis kalau diatas jam 1 malam selalu parkir dibahu jalan dengan jumlah truk lebih dari 3 dan sangat beresiko terjadi kecelakaan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan service yg diberikan sama orang delivery dan juga kantor cabang Kemanggisan. Sy sudah minta tolong dengan baik-baik karena galon kosong ada 3 sudah dari 2 Minggu lalu. Sy telp ke cabang Kemanggisan, dan memang datang galon oasis nya. Tapi disini sy malah di komplain dari pihak delivery. Yang tidak datang cek siapa, yg disalahin siapa? Dalihnya mereka datang cek, tpi orang saya TDK mau isi. Tolong fakta jangan diputarbalikkan. Kalau uda salah, terima dong kesalahan kalian, jgn malah dilimpahkan ke customer. Tolong ya untuk lebih di edukasi lagi untuk tim terkait supaya bisa lebih sopan lagi terhadap customer. Jujur saya kecewa berat.
Disappointed with the service provided by the delivery person and also the Kemanggisan branch office. I have asked for your help carefully because there are 3 empty gallons from 2 last week. I called to the Kemanggisan branch, and the gallon oasis came. But here I even complained from the delivery. Who didn't come, check who, who was blaming whom? The excuse was that they came to check, but my person TDK wanted to fill in. Please don't twist the facts. If it's already wrong, please accept your mistake, don't even delegate it to the customer. Please, please educate the team more so that they can be more polite to customers. Honestly, I was very disappointed.
