Lain kali kalo ngirim paket ke rumah harus sampein sampe rumah ya mas, jangan sy suruh ambil paketnya sendiri, suruh manggul paketnya sendiri, meskipun itu tidak berkilo kilo meter jaraknya. Karena sy wanita dan mempunyai baby baru 7 bln keadaan lagi sakit, dan sama kurir itu saya suruh ambil paketnya sendiri, suruh manggul paketnya sndiri, alasannya mereka mobil tidk bisa masuk gang,dan kirim paket buru2. Tolong diperbaiki.
Very disappointed at the courier !!! Next time if you send a package to your house, you have to arrive at home, mas, don't tell me to take the package yourself, tell the package to bear its own package, even though it is not miles away. Because I am a woman and I have a new baby 7 months later, I am sick, and at the same courier I told her to take the package herself, told me to carry the package herself, the reason they couldn't enter the alley, and send the package quickly.
