Hati hati, banyak permainan uang disini. Direkturnya diajak bicara jg ga menanggapi, terlalu banyak omongan manis. Customer banyak yg dirugikan termasuk saya, menjanjikan biaya biaya sesuai kesepakatan namun berbeda ketika barang tiba di jakarta. Pikir lagi jika mau pakai jasa ini

Baru pertama kali liat cargo masukin barang dr ecommerce luar negeri aja gak bisa gak tau dokumen perusahaan mereka yg gak mendukung atau duit di bea cukai nya gak kenceng. Masa gue belanja gak sampe 80jt di tagih 55jt itu mah mending gue kirim aja sendiri urus sendiri lebih murah jauhhh.. Gue minta surat perincian apa aja 55jt mereka bilang gak ada surat bu wah enak bener. Lo matiin gue namanya kurang ajar ni ekspedisi bilang all in tai kucing perlu di laporin ekspedisi kaya gini. Korbannya banyak gak gue doang lg.

Harga kesepakatan berbeda dengan harga biaya jasa saat tiba (Naik 2x lipat dari harga awal). Gak ada notifikasi atau peringatan soal shipment akan bagaimana, barang tiba tiba berangkat tanpa ada perijinan dari kita selaku pemilik barang. Bingung antara broker dengan perusahaan nya sendiri bagaimana regulasi yang benar. Aneh, mau cuan malah minus. Hati-hati bagi yang mau menggunakan jasa ini.

Harap hati2 memakai jasa Naufalindo. Agree dengan pak Suwondo (sepertinya batch pengiriman barang kita sama). Harga final pas sampai tidak sesuai dengan harga kesepakatan di awal. Ga ada mention apapun dari teamnya. Bilangnya harga sekian, all in. Eh Tiba2 ngecas hampir 3x lipat tanpa notifikasi di awal pas barang udah sampe. Pas ditanya kenapa alasannya gajelas, kena jalur merahlah apalah (ya kenapa juga ga dimention di awal sebelom kirim plis deh) . Pada akhirnya saya gamau bayar segitu jadi nego2, sampai akhirnya harganya bs turun tapi itu jg masih di atas harga kesepakatan awal. Well, cukup tahu saja. Padahal ini adalah bisnis jasa, untung sedikit gapapa yang penting pelanggan puas. Bukan untung dinaik2in akhirnya pelanggan jadi kapok make. Saran aja untuk owner. Dan utk yg mau pake, harap baca reviewnya lagi disini dengan seksama.

In the end, I didn't pay that much so it was negotiable, until finally the price could go down but it was still above the initial agreed price. Well, just enough to know. Even though this is a service business, fortunately it is not important that customers are satisfied. It's not fortunate that the customers finally give up. Just a suggestion for the owner. Perusahaan gak jelas sangat tidak profesional , harga di awal sama harga akhir naik 200% , di akhir orang yg bersangkutan menghilang tidak bisa di hub , saya sampai nungguin di kantor nya baru ketemu orangnya …cukup sekali berhub dengan perusahaan gak jelas ini

Jangan pernah menggunakan layanan dari PT Naufal. Sayangnya saya baru baca setelah dapat pengalaman buruk. Harga yg ditawarkan dengan invoice yg ditagih berbeda, biaya pabean dibebankan ke saya dengan alasan tiap perusahaan cara kerjanya berbeda. Kalo memang dibebankan ke pengguna jasa, dibicarakan di awal dong, sangat tidak transparan. Bener seperti user lain, tidak dimention apapun. Terus saya bilang ternyata reviewnya emang udah terkenal jelek, Bapak Samsuar selaku tim accounting bilang semuanya salah paham dan customer2 lain yg ditelpon reject semua telepon dari Naufal. Kalo ada yg mau tanya jelas, boleh kontek saya.
