Paying 30MBPs and getting 2 Mbps is normal.. LAUGHTER AJAA.. customer service email is also not being addressed..

Customer Service super bad attitude, today's chat can be replied to tomorrow even can't reply at all, then I asked a few days later again there is no ethics I apologize even if I am reprimanded and apologized, internet acceptable but unfortunately customer service is super bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah,,,,,kapok ga lagi masang internet matrix, baru pasang 1 minggu tgl 19 nov 2021 lancar selebihnya samapai sekarang 2 desember 2021, ga ada sinyal tlp cs disuruh sabar nunggu antrian, minta teknisi dateng ga ada yg dateng. Pada kemana orang2 sampai pelanggan di kecewakan. kalo ada masalah kan bisa ngabarin kesaya. Jangan ulur2 waktu tar tunggu tagihan baru nagih, bilang kabel optik 20mbps mending paket data lebih kenceng. Sangat kecewa saya dengan pelayanan yg sangat buruk.
It's bad,,,,, tired of not installing the internet matrix anymore, just installed it 1 week on 19 November 2021, the rest is smooth until now 2 December 2021, there is no phone signal, cs was told to wait in line, asked the technician to come, no one came. Where are the people until the customer is disappointed. If there is a problem, you can let me know. Don't procrastinate, wait for the new bill to be collected, they say 20mbps optical cable, it's better if the data package is faster. I am very disappointed with the very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak hanya internet yang jelek, service staff jelek sekali. Berlangganan 100 mbps/bln, tapi pas dicek speednya hanya 2 mbps. Harus complaint dulu baru ditangani, malah ditanya pulak sudah bayar apa blm. Sudah begitu staff tidak minta maaf atas layanan internet yg busuk. Bayar sejuta per bulan merasa sangat sia-sia, spt membuang mutiara ke babi.
Sudah email mau berhenti berlangganan dari tanggal 26 Feb, baru dibalas hari ini. Sungguh pelayanan yang buruk. Not recommended ??
Not only bad internet, very bad service staff. The subscription is 100 mbps/month, but when I check the speed is only 2 mbps. You have to make a complaint first and then handle it, instead you are asked whether you have paid or not. After all, the staff did not apologize for the rotten internet service. Paying a million per month feels very wasteful, like throwing pearls into pigs.
Already emailed wanting to unsubscribe from February 26, just replied today. Really bad service. Not recommended
