★ ★ ★ ★ ★ coba untuk atasan atau leader jangan suka ngepush tenaga pekerja lebih banyak, kerja harusnya 9jam dibikin lebih bisa 12jam dan gak dibayar lembur. pikirin kesehatan karyawan nya PAK/BU. kalau memang mau jam lebih ya dibayar dong
try for superiors or leaders don't like pushing more workers, work should be 9 hours, make it more than 12 hours and not get paid overtime. think about the health of the employees PAK/BU. If you really want more hours, then pay
