★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat buruk sekali. Mulai dari sales, Customer Care dan sistem layanan pelanggannya amat sangat buruk. Di e-mail ke CC 4x gak dibalas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penanganan lama sekali, ketika ada gangguan baru kelar seminggu setelah laporan, customer servicenya tidak ramah.
Dan tolong untuk salesnya jangan bohongin pelanggan, katanya area tercover dan disuruh bayar buat pasang, begitu teknisi dateng rupanya slotnya ga ada. Kenapa ga di cek dulu ketersediaannya baru disuruh bayar. Begitu di tagih terus solusinya cuma refund. Dan saya liat pelanggan lain pun proses refundnya ada sampe sebulan tidak di proses
Sungguh php yang luar biasa sekali ??

And please don't lie to the salespeople, they said the area was covered and told to pay for the installation, when the technician came, apparently the slot didn't exist. Why don't you check the availability first before being told to pay? Once billed, the only solution is a refund. And I saw that other customers even had the refund process for up to a month not being processed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya udh menggunakan oxygen selama 1 tahun.. Saya suka dengan pelayanan nya.. Dan saya tidak pernah melakukan tunggakan selalu bayar tepat waktu. Hanya saja kali ini saya bener2 kecewa. Sebulan lalu saya pindah rumah saya konsultasi dgn team oxygen apakah ada biaya mutasi.. Diinfokan biaya mutasi lebih mahal dr biaya pasang baru, biaya mutasi 400rb, pasang baru sekitar 325rb. Lalu kita sepakat untuk melakukan pemutusan saja d rumah lama. Dan nanti berniat pasang baru kembali d rumah baru. Tetapi pada saat permintaan pemutusan, kk saya malah d tawari atau followup dr pihak oxigen gratis mutasi. Tau2 skrg saya menerima tagihan + dengan biaya mutasi 400 ribu.. Dmn tanggung jawab pihak oxygen. Saya merasa ini penipuan. Padahal sudh ada permintaan dr pihak saya untuk pemutusan di awal dan pasang baru d tmpt baru.

A month ago I moved house, I consulted with the oxygen team whether there was a mutation fee.. I was informed that the mutation fee is more expensive than the cost of a new install, the mutation fee is 400 thousand, a new install is around 325 thousand. Then we agreed to just disconnect the old house. And later intend to install a new one back in the new house. But at the time of the request for termination, my sister was even offered or free follow-up from the oxygen company for mutation. You know that now I received a bill + with a mutation fee of 400 thousand... Where is the responsibility of the oxygen party. I feel this is a scam. Even though there has been a request from my side for an early disconnection and a new install in a new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemaren saya masang bisa, terus temen saya rekomendasikan buat masang,terus kayak biasa tf dulu lalu di cek lokasinya kata teknisinya gak bisa di pasang, ditnyain uang refund sampe sekarang gak di balikin di chat lewat wa cuma di baca doang, udah 3 bulan
Yesterday I was able to install it, then my friend recommended to install it, as usual, tf first then checked the location, said the technician couldn't be installed, asked for refunds until now, not returned in chat via wa, just read it, it's been 3 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berlangganan tanggal 1 Feb 2022, malamnya sinyal mati. Lalu besoknya tgl 2 Feb teknisi datang masalah selesai.. Tanggal 3 Feb sinyal PUTUS lagi, kali ini teknisi datang LEBIH LAMA tanggal 5 Feb. Tanggal 9 Feb PUTUS LAGI. Kira2 kalau bapak2 diposisi saya enaknya ngapain ya?
Coba bayangin udah bayar untuk 1 tahun (paket 200mbps dan Tv) tapi gak dapat yg dijanjikan. Faktanya Modem REUTER yg dikasih gak support 200Mbps..

Try to imagine that you have paid for 1 year (200mbps and Tv package) but you can't get what you promised. The fact is that the REUTER modem that is given doesn't support 200Mbps..
