Booking jam 13.30 sudah di confirm
14.30 tidak ada kabar, ditanya baru dijawab klo ada problem disuruh tunggu
15.30 masih ga ada kabar di tanya lagi, baru dijawab masih tidak bisa menghubungi teknisi nya sendiri
16.00 dikabarin bahwa teknisi sedang bersiap2 dan akan datang jam 17.00
17.30 masih belum ada kedatangan teknisi, ditanya malah dijawab masih tidak bisa menghubungi teknisinya
18.00 pihak CS sudah tidak ada respons WA dan Telp
18.20 dibatalkan karena masih tidak bisa menghubungi teknisi

August 24, 2021:
Booking at 13.30 has been confirmed
14.30 no news, asked to be answered if there is a problem told to wait
15.30 still no news, asked again, just answered, still can't contact the technician himself
16.00 it was told that the technician was getting ready and would come at 17.00
17.30 still no technician arrived, asked and even answered, still can't contact the technician
18.00 CS party has no response WA and phone
18.20 canceled because still can't contact the technician

Beberapa kali service di sini tapi tidak ada yg pernah lgsg beres dalam 1 kali service, harus panggil berkali2.. teknisi tidak professional dan sering terlambat. Janji jam 9 dtg jam 10 11. Tidak ada koordinasi yg tepat dengan pihak cs dan teknisi. Beberapa teknisi tidak sopan.
Not recommended at all!
Several times the service was here but nothing ever went wrong in one service, had to call many times... the technician was not professional and was often late. Appointment at 9 o'clock comes at 10 11. There is no proper coordination with the cs and technicians. Some technicians are rude.

So far, I've had an annual subscription using the AC washing service at Milba, it's the most appropriate, because technicians have often been fooled by technicians before Good Job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasang Ac Bekas foto yang dikirim sama yang dateng jauh beda. yang dateng karatan. disuruh servis susah banget, bingung ama ni milba mau menghindari tanggung jawab apa gimana?
Install AC. The photos that were sent and the ones that came are very different. who came rusty. being told to serve is really difficult, are you confused about what milba wants to do to avoid responsibility?
