★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sempet tanya2 temen karna saya dapat undangan tes untuk MT. Sebelumnya beberapa waktu lalu temen saya diundang test jg katanya tempat tesnya lumayan bagus dan sistem gugur. Meski dia gak lolos tp katanya rekomended karna ternyata perusahaannya jauh lebih besar dari tempat tesnya diliat dari video company profilnya yang bagus ada ditempat tesnya jg. Semoga semakin baik deh buat PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera..
 I had to ask my friends because I got a test invitation for MT. Previously some time ago my friend was invited to a test and he said the test was pretty good and the system was knocked out. Even though he did not pass, he said it was recommended because it turned out that the company was much bigger than the test site. It was seen from the company video that a good profile was at the test site too. Hopefully it will be better for PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah dipanggil interview disini, lamar lewat jobstreet, undangan jam 8, tes mulai 08:15, waktu 60 menit, waktu habis disuruh kumpulkan, kemudian disuruh tunggu, 2,5 jam nunggu gak ada kabar, peserta yg hadir mulai bete, pada keluar ruangan, karena dingin di ruang test, eh malah ditegur satpam, kata satpam dia di tegur Kepala HRD karena peserta tidak sopan berdiri2 di depan ruangan test.
Saya jadi bingung, yg suruh tunggu kan HRD juga, sampai 2.5 jam gak ada kabar, gak ada larangan gak boleh tunggu diluar juga selama dikasih intruksi, eh HRD nya malah tegur satpam terus satpam tegur peserta test.
Tolong lain kali hargai waktu para pelamar, kami meluangkan waktu, dimana diantara kami ada yg masih bekerja lalu mengambil cuti demi menghadiri sesi interview, ada juga yg rumahnya jauh2 datang hadir.
Kami juga tau belum tentu diterima disini, tetapi setidaknya hargai waktu kami, jangan di diamkan disuruh tunggu 2,5 jam gak ada kabar.

I was confused, who told HRD to wait too, until 2.5 hours there was no news, there was no prohibition not to wait outside as long as it was given instructions, eh the HRD even scolded the security guard then the security guard scolded the test participants.
Please respect the time of applicants next time, we take the time, where among us some are still working and then taking time off to attend an interview session, there are also those whose homes are far away coming.
We also know that we are not necessarily welcome here, but at least respect our time, don't leave it to be told to wait 2.5 hours without news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut pengalaman pribadi test dan interview posisi management trainee di perusahaan ini cukup agile testnya, kandidat dapat hasil test di hari yang sama, ruang tunggu nya nyaman, selalu di ingatkan protocol kesehatan dan penginterview nya pun sangat memerhatikan Time management. Hanya saja selepas serangkaian itu ada kandidat yang diumumkan lolos atau tidak via email, adapula yang tidak di beri kabar, maklum angka kandidat tidak sedikit.

Walaupun belum lolos tapi saya jadi memahami sedikit tentang bisnis proses aluminium. Percaya lah "Not effort goes to waste".
According to personal experience, the test and interview for management trainee positions at this company are quite agile, the candidates get the test results on the same day, the waiting room is comfortable, they are always reminded of health protocols and the interviewer is very concerned about time management. It's just that after the series there were candidates who were announced whether they had passed or not via email, some were not informed, knowing the number of candidates was not small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gue salah satu mantan karyawan disini, terlalu parah peraturan nya padahal jadwal jam pulang 16.00 tapi nyata nya bisa sampe jam 18.00 lewat..hmpir setiap hari..
I'm one of the former employees here, the rules are too severe even though the schedule for going home is 16.00 but in fact it can be past 18.00.. almost every day..
