1minggu ga datang2 teknisi nya.
Kompor itu di beli karna untuk masak bukan untuk pajangan.
Di whatsapp banyak alasan,di tlpon katanya ga nelpon. Gimana sih.
Janji mau datang tapi ga datang

Modus semua, klo hari ini blm datang juga berarti bener2 kalian mempermainkan pembeli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesnya jualanny asal. Walaupun saya dateng pake sendal jepit bukan berarti saya ga mampu bayar.
Kronologi : saya beli dengan sales D*D*, saya bayar DP 2.5 Jt dengan harga produk +/- 17 Jt di pameran JCC dengan diinfo bisa lunasin kapan aja saat rumah saya sudah ready. Untung saya baca ketentuannya di bon bahwa DP hanya berlaku 1 bulan, kalau lewat maka DP hangus. Saya coba hubungi sales tapi tidak digubris, sales sulit dihub. Saya dateng ke Gandaria City dibantu oleh sales M** dan diperlalukan dengan tidak menyenangkan hanya karena datang menggunakan SENDAL JEPIT.
Saya juga menanyakan perihal invoice, yang katanya akan dikirimkan bersamaan dengan kompornya, namun nyatanya tidak dikirimkan. Alamat pengiriman pun sudah di notif ke sales namun TIDAK DISAMPAIKAN KE PIHAK PENGIRIM (SAYA GA TAU KALAU BEDA TEMPAT YANG KIRIM, LOGIKANYA SEBAGAI CUSTOMER SAYA TAUNYA TERIMA BARANG AJA). Lalu saya tidak diinfokan bahwa kepala listrik kompor (something like cable converter) tidak include, ketika tanya ke sales kenapa ga diinfokan malah dijawab ibu beli aja nanti saya ganti. Maaf ya bukan saya sombong tapi saya ga butuh diganti ya, attitude sales SANGAT TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB.
The sales are original. Even though I came with flip-flops, it doesn't mean I can't afford it.
Chronology: I bought with D * D * sales, I paid 2.5 Million DP at the price of the product +/- 17 Million at the JCC exhibition by being able to pay off anytime when my house was ready. Luckily I read the provisions on the bill that the DP is only valid for 1 month, if it passes then the DP is forfeited. I tried to contact sales but was ignored, sales were difficult to be contacted. I came to Gandaria City with the help of M ** sales and was treated unpleasantly just because I came by SENDAL JEPIT.
I also asked about the invoice, which he said would be sent along with the stove, but in fact it was not sent. The shipping address has been notified to the sales but NOT DELIVERED TO THE SENDING PARTY (I DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS THE DIFFERENT PLACE TO SEND, THE LOGO IS AS MY CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE IT ONLY). Then I was not informed that the electric head of the stove (something like cable converter) was not included, when I asked the sales why it was not informed, my mother would just answer it, and I'll replace it later. Sorry, I'm not arrogant, but I don't need to be replaced, attitude sales are VERY RESPONSIBLE.
