★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya coba dikasih training lbh mendalam lagi. Ada 2 CS tapi qualitas pelayanannya jauh berbeda. Seakan knowledge nya beda. Yg Cowok agak kurang product knowledge nya... Mbak nya (Ulfa) lbh baik dlm penyampaian... Terima kasih.
Try to give CS more in-depth training. There are 2 CS but the quality of service is much different. As if the knowledge is different. The guy is a bit lacking in product knowledge... Ms. (Ulfa) is better at delivering... Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dari dahulu,, permasalahan nya cuma 1, telepon hampir 99% tidak berfungsi! kalau untuk pelayanan dari staff tatap muka, ya cukup oke lah. tapi telepon ini penting, lho!! karena tidak semua orang selamanya stay di cibubur. ? saya sudah di jawa sekarang. tidak bisa yang sehari langsung selesai. yang lalu, selesai urus di samsat perpanjang stnk, di telp supaya tunggu sebentar, mengingat jam kantor mereka tutup pk.14.00, ehh, tidak ada yang angkat juga. Tapi giliran sudah sampai (luckily belum tutup), ternyata orang2nya juga masih ada semua. ?? heran deh!! semoga bln depan saya kesana, mereka sudah perbaiki untuk permasalahan nomer plat pada BPKB yg salah. ? kalau malas terima telepon dan dengar pertanyaan atau komplain, dibuat saja pelayanan whatsapp (message only). jadi nasabah tidak dibuat beribet. sama-sama enak gitu.
from the first ,, the problem is only 1, the phone is almost 99% not working! for face-to-face service, it's okay. but this call is important, you know !! because not everyone will stay in Cibubur forever. ? I'm in Java now. can not finish the day immediately. ago, after taking care of Samsat, extend stnk, call to wait a moment, considering their office hours close at 14.00, uhh, no one picks up either. But the turn has arrived (luckily hasn't closed yet), apparently there are still all the people. ?? wonder !! I hope that next month I will go there, they have fixed the problem with the wrong number plate at the BPKB. ? If you are lazy to take calls and hear questions or complaints, just make whatsapp service (message only). so customers are not made beret. you are both delicious.
