★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS bagian production operaor jelek banget, saya tlp selalu di diamkan atau dimatikan tidak sopan. Padahal cs utama disini baik, ramah dan sangat membantu. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi
The CS for the production operator is really bad, I always keep silent or turn it off, it's rude. Even though the main cs here are good, friendly and very helpful. Please improve again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus tapi sayang untuk sekarang ini banyak karyawannya kena virus covid umicron kalau g salah sdh kurang lebih 20 orang yg kena.
It's good, but it's a shame that currently many of its employees are infected with the covid umicron virus, if I'm not mistaken, about 20 people have been affected.

Tapi baru aware sekarang.
Saya ingin memberikan saran keciL daLam pengemasan produk Betadine ini.
-Mohon keterangan seperti buLan produksi dan buLan expired barang gak di cetak di pLastik pembungkus tutup kemasan, tetapi di produknya/botoLnya.-
Kan kita yg mo pake, pas mo buka tutupnya, kadang gak sengaja keLepas deh tu pLastik, pLastiknya bikin Licin dan rawan kebuang.
(Tapi kaLo ati2 banget ngebuka, pLastiknya masih nempeL di tutupnya.)
Nah keterangan penting itu rawan banget kebuang.
Pas entah kapan kita Luka dan butuh Lagi, jadi ragu ni produk masih aman kepake ato gak yaa.
Saran aja dari saya. ?

Dear PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Since I was a child, I have been using this Betadine product.
But only realized now.
I would like to give a small suggestion in the packaging of this Betadine product.
-Please provide information such as the month of production and the month of expiration. The item is not printed on the plastic wrapping of the packaging, but on the product/bottle.-
We're the ones who use it, when you open the lid, sometimes it accidentally comes off. The plastic will make it slippery and prone to waste.
(But if you open it very carefully, the plastic is still stuck to the lid.)
Well, that important information is very prone to being wasted.
When we don't know when we get injured and need more, so I doubt this product is still safe to use or not.
Just advice from me. ️
I hope my review is considered for the benefit of the millions of people who use your product.
