Kecewa saya pake cargo ini, paket customer saya hilang di cargo di ambil orang tanpa resi, di biarkan gitu aja.. asli cargo dzolim banget ga ada itikad baik nya ga ada tanggung jawab nya. Semua nomor yg saya hubungi ga ada tanggapan, di whatsapp di telpon malah di blokir. Gila.. asli parah
Disappointed I use this cargo, my customer package is lost in the cargo taken by someone without a receipt, just leave it like that ... the original cargo dzolim really has no good faith, there is no responsibility. All the numbers I called had no response, on WhatsApp the phone was blocked. Crazy .. original bad

Paket tujuan lhokseumawe resi tgl 21 November ga sampai2 hingga 1 Desember. Baru ada kejelasan paket salah alamat dan minta ambil ke cs saya. Padahal di resi tertera tujuan jalan medan banda aceh, ini diganti sendiri jadi jalan medan aceh ulemadon. Mengecewakan, tolong diperbaiki

Pengiriman dari Jakarta biasanya lancar, tapi sebaliknya pengiriman ke Jakarta yang kadang tidak jelas barang ada dimana. Kalau ada barang datang tidak memberi kabar ke pihak penerima, ditelpon mau konfirmasi sering susah. Giliran sudah konfirmasi dan penerima mau ambil barang di tanah abang, barang entah kenapa dibawa ke cabang tanah merah. Besoknya ke tanah merah, barang sudah dibawa lagi ke tanah abang. Ayolah, masa iya dibolak balik begitu dan TIDAK ADA KONFIRMASI sama sekaliI. Sudah jelas mau ambil di mana malah dibawa ke mana. Sudah gitu dari pihak Laris Cargonya sendiri tidak ada rasa bersalah sama sekali. Iya saya mengerti di sana sibuk. Terus memangnya saya kurang kerjaan sampai harus bolak balik ambil barang ke sana ke mari? Saya juga punya kesibukan sendiri. Buang-buang waktu hanya mau ambil barang. Sangat-sangat merasa tidak dihargai sebagai pelanggan di sini. Masalahnya hal seperti ini sering terjadi krn sy sudah langganan bertahun-tahun. Kalau Owner melihat pesan ini tlng hubungi saya segera! Karena percuma bicara dgn karyawan. Sebelum itu, sementara sy akan berhenti menggunakan jasa ekspedisi ini. Salam.

The problem is things like this often happen because I've been subscribed for years. If the owner sees this message, contact me immediately! Because it's useless talking to employees. saya telp ke customer service bilang tutup jam 5, baru jam 4 saja sudah tutup. buang buang ongkir saya saja !!! bobrokkkkkk
