Called to participate in the project & have participated in the training and definitely selected then the next day the info will not be chosen by Bigboss for reasons that are not clear ... not professional at all this company ??

Tetapi disini saya haru mengerjakan
- Rekapan Monitoring Gangguan.
- Rekapan Dokumentasi Hasil Gangguan.
- Membuat Gambar APD (As Plant Drawing)
- Membuat Gambar ABD (As Built Drawing)
- Dan Masih Banyak Kerjaan Lainnya, Yang Secara Harfiah Adalah Tugas Seorang ADMIN, BUKAN DRAFTER.
INTINYA DI PERUSAHAAN INI DRAFTER ITU MENJALANKAN 2 JABATAN DALAM 1 GAJI.
Untuk yang telah berpengalaman di dunia kerja, SANGAT TIDAK DI SARANKAN MELAMAR PEKERJAAN DI PERUSAHAAN INI.
Perusahaan ini adalah OUTSOURCING dari perusahaan KOPKARLA (Koperasi Karyawan LintasArta).
Pengalaman saya sebelumnya di perusahaan-perusahaan besar, ketika masuk sini terasa seperti JOMPLANG.
I applied here in the DRAFTER section, it can be seen in any company the DRAFTER has the responsibility to draw.
But here I have to do it
- Disruption Monitoring Recap.
- Documentation of Disruption Results.
- Making APD (As Plant Drawing) Drawing
- Making ABD drawings (As Built Drawing)
- And Many Other Jobs, Which Literally Are the Duties of an ADMIN, NOT A DRAFTER.
The essence of this company is that the DRAFTER RUNS 2 SERVICES IN 1 SALARY.
For those who have experience in the world of work, it is NOT RECOMMENDED TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THIS COMPANY.
This company is OUTSOURCING of KOPKARLA (LintasArta Employees Cooperative).
My previous experience in large companies, when entering here feels like JOMPLANG.
