★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisnis saya bergerak pada bidang event organizer yang mengharuskan untuk dapat mengorganisir seluruh kebutuhan acara dengan baik, pada awalnya saya memesan sebuah box arcylic 3ml dengan ukuran 40x40x90 1buah, saya telah memesan box tersebut 1minggu sebelum saya akan memakai box arcylic tersebut untuk keperluan acara. Box Arcylic tersebut adalah pesanan dari client saya untuk acara ulang tahunnya. Pembayaran atas box arcylic tersebut telah saya bayarkan sepenuhnya dengan harga 700ribu rupiah, yang menurut saya harganya sedikit agak mahal tapi karena ini kebutuhan client saya maka saya setujui. Saya memesan hari sabtu dan membayarkan uang DP yang saya bayarkan full pada hari Selasa, dan saya juga langsung mengkonfirmasi pelunasan saya, Pada hari jumat saya hendak mengambil barang tersebut namun saya memiiki waktu untuk ambil ketempat kinclong jakarta barat. Sehingga saya meminta untuk diantarkan ke tempat saya yang tidak jauh lokasinya dengan kinclong hanya sekitar 100m saja. Pada hari sabtu saya berfikir box tersebut sudah di antarkan namun ternyata belum diantarkan. Saat saya telfon ke kinclong, mereka pada awalnya mengatakan bahwa box tersebut akan di antar saat itu juga. namun setelah ditunggu ternyata tidak datang datang juga. sehingga saya menelpon lagi, dan hasilnya mereka mengaku bahwa box yang mereka katakan sudah dibuat sebelumnya rusak karena terjatuh. sehingga mereka dengan mudahnya menawarkan untuk mengembalikan uang saya saja atau tetap dibuatkan saat itu juga dengan perkiraan 1jam pengerjaan. Saya memilih untuk tetap dibuatkan karena itu adalah permintaan client saya. Sekitar 1 jam kemudian saya menelpon lagi untuk menanyakan box tersebut dan mereka bilang bahwa mereka kehabisan arcylic 3ml tersebut dan TIDAK MENGABARI saya kembali. Dan mereka bilang sedang sibuk dan menawarkan acrylic 2ml dengan potongan harga 50rb sehingga menjadi 650rb dengan cara "mau mau engga engga". seperti ini adalah sebuah kesalahan dari costumer. Karena ini adalah permintaan client saya yang saya jaga sebagai professional sebuah EO maka saya tetap dibuatkan box arcylic 2ml. 1 jam kemudian, saya menelpon kembali menanyakan apakah sudah selesai pekerjaannya. dan mereka mengatakan bahwa pekerjaannya sudah selesai dan tidak bisa diantar harus ambil sendiri. sehingga saya pun mengambil sendiri dan ternyata PEKERJAANNYA BELUM SELESAI. saya harus tetap menunggu untuk proses pekerjaanya. saya pun melakukan komplain lagi dan mereka hanya bilang 'iya ini lagi dikerjain, kalo kerjaannya kurang bagus saya ga mau di komplain ya!'. pengalaman yang sangat tidak memuaskan yang diberikan oleh pemilik kinclong jakarta barat. semoga tidak ada yang mendapatkan pengalaman buruk serupa dengan saya.
 My business is in the event organizer field which requires me to be able to organize all the needs of the event well, at first I ordered a 3ml arcylic box with a size of 40x40x90 1 piece, I had ordered the box 1 week before I would use the arcylic box for events. The Arcylic Box is an order from my client for his birthday. Payment for the arcylic box I have paid in full with the price of 700 thousand rupiah, which in my opinion the price is a little bit expensive but because this is the need of my client, I agree. I ordered Saturday and paid the down payment that I paid in full on Tuesday, and I also immediately confirmed my payment. On Friday I wanted to take the item but I had the time to take it to the West Jakarta sleek spot. So I asked to be delivered to my place which is not far by sleek location of only about 100m. On Saturday I thought the box had been delivered but apparently it had not been delivered. When I called, they initially said that the box would be delivered right then and there. but after waiting apparently did not come too. so I called again, and as a result they claimed that the box they said had been previously made was damaged by a fall. so they easily offered to just refund my money or keep it made right away with an estimated 1 hour of work. I chose to keep it made because it was my client's request. About 1 hour later I called again to ask about the box and they said that they ran out of the arcylic 3ml and did NOT ADVISE me back. And they say that they are busy and offer 2ml acrylic at a discount of 50 thousand so that it will be 650 thousand by "want it or not". like this is a mistake from the customer. Because this is my client's request that I maintain as an EO professional, I still make a 2ml arcylic box. 1 hour later, I called back asking if the job was finished. and they said that the work was done and could not be delivered must take themselves. so I took it myself and it turned out that the work was not finished. I have to keep waiting for the work process. I also complained again and they just said 'yes this is being worked on, if the work is not good I don't want to be complained huh!'. very unsatisfactory experience provided by the owner of kinclong west jakarta. I hope no one gets a bad experience similar to mine.

Their was a miscommunication between us where my product was made in their semarang workshop rather than in Jakarta and they were kind and responsible enough to courier it to me as soon as possible at no extra charge. I will strongly recommend anyone who wants to order acrylic products should go to them blindly. Very rare to find such good people. Five stars to them .
