★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bwt PT KENLI. Terutama sama menejer atau atasan " nya, jam kerja nya yg stabil jngn se enak nya maenin waktu krywn, tidak se imbang sm upah nya.kshn karyawan nya tiap hari plng mlm upah nya msih segitu " adja.terlalu bnyak sekorsing nya.tolong pngrtian nya bwt PT KENLI. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam kerja sehari 12 jam bahkan kadang sampai lebih hampir 20 jam. Kerja dari hari Senin-Sabtu, kadang Minggu masuk (sering) Hari besar & tgl merah kadang tidak pernah libur... Wajarlah banyak perusahaan yg juga begitu. Yg di sayangkan selama kerja disitu selama 3 th tidak dapat jamsostek/bpjs, uang lembur yg layak (kadang di bayar kadang tidak). Cuti hamil / cuti tahunan tidak ada (mungkin ada beberapa yg di bayar, tp kebanyakan di pecat dulu, baru kemudian boleh masuk kerja lagi dg gaji awal yg tidak layak). Gaji tidak sesuai UMR bogor, jadi "Semau Gue mau gaji berapa" (kalau suka gaji gede, kalo tidak suka ya seminim mungkin). Sepertinya karyawan disini tidak terdaftar di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Bogor (alias karyawan gelap, makanya tidak ada jamsostek) yg dapat cuma karyawan tetap (itupun bisa di hitung jari). Yg lebih miris, karyawan benar2 di peras tenaganya (sampai sakit, berobat pun sendiri, tidak dapat bantuan apa2 dari pihak perusahaan) tidak ada libur, tapi apa boleh buat, karena mereka kebanyakan rakyat dg ekonomi rendah, butuh penghasilan untuk keluarga jadi di paksa kerja rodi pun oke saja (zaman sudah merdeka rakyat masih di jajah). Tolong lebih di perhatikan karyawannya. Saya merasa kasihan pada mereka yg tidak mengerti, kalau perusahaan sebenarnya untungnya sangat besar sekali (bisa 5x lipat). Bos makin kaya, anak buah makin miskin...

What is more sad is that the employees are really squeezed their energy (until they get sick, take medication themselves, don't get any help from the company) they don't have any holidays, but what can I do, because they are mostly people with low economies, they need income for their families so they are forced to work rodi was okay (when the people were free, the people were still colonized). Please pay more attention to the employees. I feel sorry for those who don't understand, if the company is actually very profitable (up to 5 times). The boss is getting richer, the men are getting poorer ...
