Saya merupakan anggota yang keluar tahun 2012 ,KTA masih ada,domisili bandung (BIP)
Saya mempunyai kesulitan mengenai pencairan jamsostek,karena tidak di beri paklaring oleh perusahaan,
Ada pun pemutusan hubungan kerja dulu di karenakan, putus kontrak antara PT. Kekar jaya dan Matahari dept
store.bukan karena saya mengundurkan diri.
oleh karena belum ada kejelasan posisi kerja,saya memutuskan keluar dengan di sertai keterangan,
Dan sampai saat ini saya belum mendapatkan peklaring dari perusahaan,
Mohon kiranya bapak / ibu ,mempermudah saya
Untuk mendapat kan peklaring ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngajelas maen perintah perintah aje. Nga ade sosialisasi sistem penjagaan, prosedural backup, sistem penggajian. Kurang nya sosialisasi kepada calon karyawan / Petugas Satpam baru mengenai sistem penggajian dan sok tegas , arogan penyeleksi karyawan tidak ada hospitality nya. Paradikma Security pola lama dipakai hingga 2020 ini. Hebat

Lack of socialization to prospective employees / new security guards regarding the payroll system and being assertive, arrogant employee selectors have no hospitality. The old pattern of Paradikma Security is used until 2020. Great
