★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the chance to come to this place, to repair my Nilfisk pressure washer. First time when I came, it was 11:45. I thought i made it just in time before the employees have their lunch. Alas, the lady in the service center said that lunch break was 11:30, quite unusual. So bear that in mind if you're going to service center in this place.
Luckily the lady (by the name ms.Mega) is kind enough and accept my unit for service repair. Not until I come the second time that my notion of "Lucky" is very underestimated.
Around 1 week later comes an email and said that my unit already repaired. I make time and come to the service center just after lunch hour around 13:30. Much to my surprise the service already half packed. I quickly grabbed a queue number card (it was 14 and the queue was still on number 4) and sit on the already diminished waiting bench due to Covid seat distancing (where they put X red tape where you can't put your butt on).
About 40 minutes later I compared my situation to when I put my unit for repair, and quickly disliked the situation I'm in and decided to share my (agony) review.

apparently I concluded for myself based on what the majority of the people queuing, that most of them are ACE Branches employee. If you haven't already know, customers can put their faulty items at nearest ACE branches, and once a week, they'll be brought here. It's just so happen that that was the day when I picked up my already serviced unit.
It was Monday, you might want to avoid monday and come in the middle of the week. Or better yet, phone ahead and ask the service center if this day is faulty units collection day or not.
I decided to add another star, because my Nilfisk unit still under warranty, I don't have to pay a penny, and works fine until now.
