TOLONG LEBIH PROFESIONAL LAGI dan lebih mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan, customer satisfaction first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil tidak bagus, masih tidak rapih. Body yang penyok diganti baru tapi gap antar body yang lain jadi sangat renggang. Pengerjaan nya sangat lama, selalu tidak tepat janji. Kalau gak bisa kerja cepat, sebaiknya janjinya di buat lama. Jangan seperti mau membuat hati pelanggan senang dengan janji cepat, padahal ingkar dan jauh sekali ingkar nya. Janji 1 Minggu, selesai dalam 3 Minggu itupun saya terus tanyakan, jika tidak mungkin bisa lebih.
Dan 1 lagi keburukan nya bengkel ini. Ada beberapa part kecil yang hilang dari mobil saya, seperti penutup baut.
Banyak bercak putih pada mobil saya yang sulit di hilangkan. (PARAH INI KERJAANNYA)
Terus saya heran, kenapa jok mobil saya semuanya kotor, berdebu dan banyak bercak hitam dari tangan montir, banyak sekali kotornya, padahal yang perlu perbaikan bagian luar depan. Kenapa jok mobil saya jadi pada kotor bahkan sampai Jok belakang kotor.
Sangat buruk dalam pengerjaan dan kebersihan.
BAGI CALON PELANGGAN, KALAU DI SURUH KE BENGKEL INI, SEBAIKNYA COBA MINTA BENGKEL LAIN.
Results are not good, still not tidy. The dented body has been replaced but the other gap between the bodies becomes very tenuous. The workmanship is very long, always don't promise right. If you can't work fast, you should make a long promise. Don't be like wanting to make customers' hearts happy with quick promises, even though they are broken and far away. Promise 1 Week, completed in 3 Weeks, I continue to ask, if not possible it could be more.
And another one is the ugliness of this workshop. There are some small parts missing from my car, such as bolt covers.
Lots of white spots on my car that are hard to remove. (THIS SEVERE WORK)
Then I was surprised, why were all my car seats dirty, dusty and many black spots from the mechanic's hands, there were so many dirty ones, even though the ones needed to be repaired were the outside. Why is my car seat so dirty that even the back seat is dirty.
Very poor in workmanship and cleanliness.
FOR CUSTOMER'S CANDIDATES, IF IN THE LETTER TO THIS WORKSHOP, IT WOULD LIKE TO TRY OTHER WORKSHOP.

It's lousy, the service is not okay, some of the equipment I live is missing plus the bolt on my car's hood is not tightened and some of the bolts are not installed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel asuransi adira, bagus ternyata. Tempatnya luas banget, tapi mobilnya penuh. Pengerjaan relatif lumayan cepat (i.e utk ex banjir ~1 bulan) dan hasil seperti baru. Staffnya ramah dan sigap, dari satpam sampai resepsionis.
Adira insurance workshop, it turns out great. The place is very spacious, but the car is full. The operation is relatively fast (i.e. for ex flood ~ 1 month) and the results are like new. The staff is friendly and alert, from security guard to receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bengkelnya persis di pinggir jalan narogong. tidak susah untuk mencarinya, staff ramah, begitu mobil datang langsung ditangani. tersedia toilet, juga warung kopi letaknya persis depan bengkel. mobil client nya sangat banyak sehingga tidak dapat parkir. semoga pengerjaannya cepat selesai dan tidak mengecewakan.
the workshop is right on the side of Narogong road. it is not difficult to look for it, the staff is friendly, as soon as the car comes directly handled. toilet is available, also the coffee shop is located right in front of the garage. the client car is so large that it can't park. I hope the process will be completed quickly and does not disappoint.
