pada sehari sebelumnya (21/8/19) saya mendapatkan sms bahwa kiriman motor saya sudah tiba di konter KI8 Jatinegara, namun karena waktunya berdekatan dengan jam tutup, saya konfirmasi untuk mengambilnya besok saja.
keesokan harinya saya kesana, nunjukin ktp ke CS Perempuan, trus di FC ditempat, motor sudah mau dikeluarkan, CS tsb ngomong dengan suara pelan,
CS,
"Mas kasih uang rokok ya ke yang ngambilin motor"
saya balas,
"emang ada bayar tambahan ya?"
CS,
"gaada, cuma ngasih uang rokok aja ke yang ngambilin motor"
saya langsung balas,
"gaada cash bu"
Saya hanya ingin mengkonfirmasi, apa itu biasa di Karunia Indah 8 konter Jatinegara? kalau ada biaya tambahan disertai bill nggak masalah.
tulisan ini bisa dipertanggung jawabkan kebenarannya.

the day before (8/21/19) I got a text that my motorcycle shipment had arrived at the KI8 counter in Jatinegara, but because it was close to closing time, I confirmed to pick it up tomorrow.
the next day I went there, showed the ID card to CS Perempuan, then at FC on the spot, the motorcycle was about to be ejected, the CS would say in a low voice,

"Brother, give cigarette money to those who take the motorcycle"
I reply,
"Do you have to pay extra?"
CS,
"No, just give cigarette money to those who get motorbikes."
I immediately replied,
"no cash mom"
I just want to confirm, is that usual at Karunia Indah 8 counter Jatinegara? if there are additional costs accompanied by bills, no problem.
this paper can be justified.

โ โ โ โ โ Pengiriman dari surabaya, sopirnya seharusnya mengirim jam 8 malam tetapi sampai jam 11malam. Sopir pengirim juga beralasan sudah menghubungi kita tetapi belum. Tidak rekomendasi karena sangat tidak bertanggung jawab
Shipping from Surabaya, the driver is supposed to send at 8 pm but until 11 pm. The sending driver also reasoned that he contacted us but not yet. Not a recommendation because it is very irresponsible

Mohon di bina lagi petugas kurir kantor cabang pelayanan yg di depan Statsiun KARAWANG KOTA.
Saya sebagai Customer pengirim kendaraan roda dua tujuan Karawang - Solo.
Pelayanan buruk, arogan sekali petugas berbicara "ga masalah kalo motor Ibu juga tidak di kirim disini, masih banyak yg mau kirim !"
Padahal kesalahan awal nya adalah petugas yg lamban infokan spion motor harus saya yang buka.
Ditambah ada biaya diluar resi pengiriman, yg akhirnya saya minta kejelasan dan meminta agar dibuatkan Kuitansi di luar Resi.
Biaya yg ditagihkan kirim motor vespa matic 700.000, pada Resi hanya 555.500.

โ โ โ โ โ Parah banget pelayanannya. Kirim motor tanggal 10 dari stasiun Gombong, harusnya sehari sampai KI8 Jatinegara. Tanggal 12 jam 9 pagi ke KI8 Jatinegara, kata mbanya barang masih di Kampung Bandan. Janji mbak KI8 Jatinegara jam 1 atau 2 siang, bakal sampai. Okelah, ditunggu sampe jam 4 gak ada info. Akhirnya saya inisiatif tlfn berkali-kali. Ternyata baru masuk toll truk pengantarnya. Coba itu gak saya desak telepon berkali-kali, besok2 kali diantarnya. Tiati sama janji sehari sampai deh.

โ โ โ โ โ Cepet dong nyampenya, beneran sehari sampe, trusted.. tempatnya mojok tapi di rukoยฒ, kalau dari arah Timur gak terlalu kelihatan, mungkin bisa di tambahin penanda / Baliho biar sedikit kelihatan dari jalan, overall puas..
