★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perusahan nya cukup bagus untuk , untuk memperhatikan pengembangan karyawan karena cukup banyak training yang diberikan oleh perusahaan ke karyawannya. Awal yang bagus untuk para freshgraduate untuk mencari pengalaman. Mungkin perlu di perbaiki di jam kerjanya saja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perusahaan yg luar biasa, luar biasa perhatian kpd karyawan terutama makanan, walaupun banyak yg ga suka beras merah tp beras merah itu sehat & walaupun mahal tp owner tdk masalah yg penting karyawan sehat, dari masalah gaji, besar kecilnya gaji tergantung dr diri kita mensyukuri nya, owner yg sangat cinta dgn tanaman sehingga lingkungan perusahaan terasa sejuk & asri, terutama hubungan Antar karyawan yg kekeluargaan
An extraordinary company, extraordinary attention to employees, especially food, even though many don't like brown rice but brown rice is healthy & even though it's expensive but the owner doesn't matter, the important thing is that the employees are healthy, from salary issues, the size of the salary depends on us being grateful for it , the owner who really loves plants so that the company environment feels cool and beautiful, especially the relationship between employees who are family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semua perusahaan ada plus minus nya, minus nya mungkin dari jam kerja, plusnya jenjang karir terbuka dari mulai orang itu masuk lulusan SMA jadi operator lalu jika rajin dan berprestasi di promosikan jadi karu, lalu bisa di promosikan lagi jadi ka shift. dan jika sudah di promosikan otomatis salary pun mengikuti. dan kerja di sini kekeluargaannya sangat erat.
