It's not clear this is PT. Just spent my internet quota. If there is a job test call, it's better to just skip it.. It's okay to ignore it.. is it really only a factory that can assess prospective candidates? Candidates can also score your PT.

Di chat pun tidak dibalas. Sangat-sangat tidak profesional dan tidak menghargai waktu orang lain. Buruk sekali attitudenya
HR Recruitment is not professional. I gave an interview invitation via Zoom but couldn't connect and there was no confirmation of cancellation of the interview schedule or rescheduling info. No reply in chat. Very, very unprofessional and does not respect other people's time. Very bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong donk proses rekrutmennya tuh lebih diperjelas dan langsung pada intinya saja. Tidak usah sekalian iklan agar brand awarness via Zoom. Karena kami pencari kerja yang untuk beli kuota saja susah. Apalagi kalau sampai disuruh zoom ulang. Orang-orang nantinya malah merasa tertipu. Akhirnya bisa jadi boomerang. Tolong lebih dirapihkan lagi ya manajemennya !
Please, please make the recruitment process more clear and to the point. There is no need for all advertisements for brand awareness via Zoom. Because we are job seekers, it is difficult to buy quotas. Especially if you are told to zoom again. People will feel cheated later. Finally it can be a boomerang. Please make it more tidy, the management!
