★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga rekomen banget ini travel. Gak berkah!!! Masa iya perjalanan katanya sampe di tujuan sekitar jam 5 pagi, ini udh jam 6 pagi belom sampe. Saya cek di maps masih dua jam lagi sampenya. Apa apaan ? Pdhl bukan lebaran. Mobilnya jg tidak sesuai yang diinfokan. Yang diinfokan besar, tapi yang datang kecil !! Dan lagi bagasinya full. Ya kali saya gak bisa taruh barang di bagasi. untung barang saya dikit
kalo barang saya banyak gimana??!!! Duduk di tengah bertiga empet empetan bagasi full gak karuan. Saya duduk di tengah ga dapet sandaran!!!! Sebelah saya dan driver jg gak pake masker. Gak lama setelah jalan, driver malah buka jendela dan ngerokok!!! Di tengah jalan lagi si driver buka jendela lagi. Lalu setelah 3/4 perjalanan, berhenti di rest area kedua kalinya selama 30 menit gatau dia ngapain. Buang buang waktu saja! Lalu setelah jalan bbrp jam, sempat mau berhenti lg entah ngapain. Perjalanan makin delay dan lama. Saya diinfo di WA dapat meal, faktanya gak ada. Jangankan meal, snack atau minum pun gak ada. Setelah sudah dekat tujuan, driver buka jendela dan mau ngerokok lgi. Sudah ditegur waktu malam, paginya mau ngerokok lagi. Benar benar pelayanan yang buruk!!! Shame on you.

Next to me and the driver don't wear masks. Not long after walking, the driver opened the window and smoked! On the way again the driver opened the window again. Then after 3/4 of the way, stop at the rest area a second time for 30 minutes or what he is doing. Wasting time! Then after walking for a few hours, I wanted to stop again, I don't know what to do. The trip was getting more and more delayed. I was informed on WA that I got a meal, the fact is not there. Let alone no meal, snack or drink. Once near the destination, the driver opens the window and wants to smoke again. Already warned at night, in the morning I want to smoke again. Really bad service !!! Shame on you.
