★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service di WA jutek banget!!!! Saya komplain malah ngeles trus. Dijwabnya singkat jutek! Saya berobat ga bsa pake asuransi karna pihak asuransi susah untuk di konfirmasi pihak rekanan! Kecewa bgt percuma saya punya asuransi giliran butuh ga bsa dipake!
The customer service in WA is really loud!!!! I complained even though it went wrong. The answer is curt! I cannot use insurance for treatment because the insurance company is difficult to confirm with the partner! Disappointed, it's useless if I have insurance, I can't use it!
