Akhirnya saya minta untuk cancel karena hari jumat pun tidak sampai, saya cari tau nomor drivernya sendiri, cari tau keadaan kucing saya sndiri. Saya minta untuk refund, tetapi yg di kembalikan tidak full, prosesnyapun lama, 2 hari baru di refund. Saya bayar 850k yg dikembalikan hanya 650k katanya untuk biaya administrasi, pdhl paket saya pun tidak sampai.
Saya sangat dirugikan waktu dan tenaga, bahkan tidak ada kompensasi dari PT.IKE nya

I asked for a refund, but what was returned was not full, the process took a long time, it took 2 days to get a refund. I paid 850k which was returned only 650k, he said it was for administration fees, even though my package did not arrive.
