★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sungguh sangat amat mengecewakan, Merk HIBA, dulu...... sangat saya banggakan, banyak kenangan indah waktu di masa sekolah dulu piknik pakai bus HIBA, saat ini car rental-nya sangat amat tidak profesional, hampir tidak ada koordinasi internal, pelanggan di pingpong, di berikan harapan palsu, pengecut ketika di complain, tidak berani menghadapi masalah. Yang jelas bukan customer oriented. Pelajaran buat management HIBA, agar segera di evaluasi penanganan service ke customernya. kalau mas8h seperti ini saya sangat tidak rekomended buat sewa kendaraan disini.
It's really, really, really disappointing, HIBA brand, in the past ... I'm very proud of it, lots of good memories of my time at school when I had a picnic using the HIBA bus, now the car rental is very, very unprofessional, almost no internal coordination, customers at ping pong, given false hopes, cowardice when complained, did not dare to face problems. What is clear is not customer oriented. Lessons for HIBA management, so that immediately evaluate the service handling to its customers. if it's like this I really don't recommend it for renting a vehicle here.

Ok, the car has lots of choices. clean. neat. the parking is neatly arranged and the employees obey the 5M health protocol rules...the place is comfortable...
