★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service and advise. They only intereated in upselling under the wrong conditions. Do your own research dont take their advise. We were needing a smaller genset and had two options one for 12jt and one 24jt. Since they advised the 24jt, EU30i. Using back up partly office and for our boat maintenance. After one year the genset broke already. First they said starter problem made us pay 3.8jt, after repair of the starter, they said invertor is broken and try to charge us another 16jt.on top of that. New one is 24jt!!
We claimed warrantee as it was within a year, but then they said its not suitable for boat use but it was sold to us at Honda Marine. We did our research and had been clear how we and what we need it for and phone advise from Jakarta they claimed this was the best genset for us to use. Now they wont warrantee us as they think we used it all thw time on the boat but we are living close the ocean so the effects are the same. We could have bought the version half the price but they scammed us into buying the expensive version. Not to be trusted.
