Untuk semuanya yang melihat ulasan saya kali ini, saya ingin berbagi pengalaman saya berbelanja Online di website H&M yang dikelola oleh PT Hindo yaitu quality product khususnya leather biker jacket. Saya membeli 4 item termasuk leather biker jacket tersebut. Untuk pengiriman okelah sesuai janji 3 hari sampai, untuk 3 item produk (semuanya baju) masih oke tidak ada yg cacat/ defect, tetapi pada 1 item produk yaitu leather biker jacket sangat mengecewakan. Ada 7 titik defect kulitnya tekelupas dan hampir terkelupas. Belum saya pakai dan bahkan baru saya buka dari packaging pengiriman, sudah ada 7 titik kecacatan. Oke ini adalah kulit imitasi, saya tau konsekuensi durability jacket ini tidak akan lama, tapi apakah wajar jika barang yang saya beli dan belum dipakai sama sekali sudah ada kecacatan yang parah seperti ini? Alhasil saya ingin return ke jacket yang baru/ tidak cacat. Jika tidak ada harus direfund. Sekarang masih proses pengecekan oleh pihak PT Hindo. Jika ada perkembangan tentang pelayanan refund/ customer services akan saya berikan di thread berikutnya. Mohon untuk distributor perusahaan PT Hindo, perhatikan QC anda! dan berikan saya produk yang baik, atau balikan duit saya!
For everyone who saw my review this time, I would like to share my experience shopping Online on the H&M website managed by PT Hindo, namely quality products, especially leather biker jackets. I bought 4 items including the leather biker jacket. For delivery, it's OK as promised 3 days to arrive, for 3 product items (all clothes) it's still okay, no defects, but on 1 product item, namely leather biker jacket, it is very disappointing. There are 7 defect points, the skin is peeled off and almost peeled off. I haven't used it yet and even opened it from the shipping packaging, there are already 7 defects. Okay, this is imitation leather, I know the consequences of this jacket's durability will not last long, but is it natural if the items I buy and haven't used at all have severe defects like this? As a result, I want to return to a new jacket / not defective. If not there must be refunded. Now it is still in the checking process by PT Hindo. If there are developments regarding refund / customer services, I will provide them in the next thread. Please for the distributor of PT Hindo company, pay attention to your QC! and give me a good product, or give me my money back!

Customer service H&M tidak berguna, mau tukar barang, ada stok di toko tapi tidak bisa bantu reserve, padahal stok hanya sisa 1. - Kalau barang sudah tidak tersedia - tidak bisa refund. - Mau reserve sendiri di toko awal pembelian - telpon tidak bisa dihubungi, karena semuanya harus melalui Customer Service. - Tidak bisa tukar di toko cabang lain meskipun stok tersedia. Jadi pada dasarnya tidak ada itikat untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik / memberikan kepuasan terhadap pembeli/pelanggan.
H&M customer service is useless, wants to exchange goods, there is stock in the store but can't help reserve, even though there's only 1 stock left. - If the item is no longer available - it cannot be refunded. - Want to reserve yourself at the shop at the beginning of the purchase - the phone cannot be contacted, because everything has to go through Customer Service. - Cannot exchange at other branch stores even though stock is available. So basically there is no commitment to provide the best service / provide satisfaction to buyers / customers.

Perlu dikaji ulang kalau kita udh beli barang tidak bisa lagi di tukar ukurannya dengan alasan pembayaran udh dapat diskon 20 persen..hello.. biasanya dibawah 7 hari masih bisa ditukar walaupun barang diskon... beli baju akhirnya jadi tidak terpakai..sungguh mengecewakan
