★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebaiknya diperbaiki lagi manajemen perekrutan karyawannya. HRD-nya kok menurutku kurang kooperatif dan transparan dengan calon karyawan. Diterima atau tidak diterima dalam proses perekrutan sebaiknya ada pemberitahuan kepada calon karyawan tersebut.
It is better to improve the recruitment management of its employees. I think the HRD is less cooperative and transparent with prospective employees. Received or not accepted in the recruitment process should be notified to the prospective employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, Saya adalah salah satu mantan karyawan di perusahaan ini, saya sangat apresiasi dalam usaha owner untuk mempertahankan perusahaan ini, tapi saya di sini kecewa.
Pada awalnya saya bekerja dengan semangat karena saya pikir kantor ini bisa membimbing saya dalam mengembangkan pola pikir dan kerja secara teknis di bidang ARSITEKTUR, namun tidak begitu adanya.
Kerjasama antar karyawan pun tidak begitu baik dalam pelaksanaan fokus pekerjaan, yang terpatri dalam diri karyawan adalah saling salah menyalahkan saat bekerja sama dan ingin menonjolkan diri mereka yang paling baik dan benar.
Selain itu HRD juga tidak kooperatif, baru kali ini saya menemukan HRD yang tidak ada kontribusinya sama sekali dalam mensejahterakan karyawan, malah menyengsarakan tanpa membantu.
Saya juga kecewa pada atasan, terutama direktur pelaksana yang tidak mengerti bagaimana menjalankan kantor KONTRAKTOR dan tidak ada rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankannya, hanya bisa menuntut tanpa menuntun.
Saya harap dari komentar-komentar yang sudah ada, terutama yang sudah tidak bekerja lagi di sana, bisa menjadi landasan untuk memperbaiki manajemen dalam mengembangkan perusahaan.

Assalamualaikum, I am one of the former employees of this company, I really appreciate the owner's efforts to maintain this company, but I am disappointed here.
At first I worked with enthusiasm because I thought this office could guide me in developing a mindset and technical work in the ARCHITECTURE field, but not so.
Cooperation between employees is not very good in implementing work focus, which is embedded in employees is blaming each other when working together and wanting to show their best and right selves.
Apart from that, HRD is also not cooperative, this is the first time I have found HRD that has no contribution at all to the welfare of employees, instead it is miserable without helping.
I am also disappointed with my superiors, especially the managing director who does not understand how to run the CONTRACTOR office and has no sense of responsibility in running it, can only sue without guiding.
I hope that the existing comments, especially those who no longer work there, can become a basis for improving management in developing the company.

Alhamdulillah senang sekali rasanya pernah berada ditengah-tengah keluarga PT. HWB yg membawa saya menemukan teman-teman yg sangat baik selama sy 1thn bekerja disana. Banyak cerita suka yg tercipta, namun pd akhirnya kecewa yg saya dapat karena komitmen yang dijanjikan oleh management selalu berubah-ubah, dan selalu dilempar sana sini ketika menanyakan komitmen yg dijanjikan tersebut. Kekecewaan tsb membuat sy memutuskan utk tidak lagi berada di lingkungan hwb. Semoga hwb lebih baik dalam mensejahterakan karyawan.

Alhamdulillah, I was very happy to have been in the midst of PT. HWB who brought me to find very good friends during my 1 year working there. Many stories like that are created, but in the end I was disappointed that I got because the commitment promised by management is always changing, and always thrown here and there when asking about the promised commitment. That disappointment made me decide to not be in the environment anymore. Hopefully hwb is better at employee welfare.
