very very disappointed, it's been 2 years more than the full payment. but no home certificate was given, bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat tidak profesional, tidak mampu memenuhi janji. sertifikat rumah tidak keluar dari tahun 2017, dan pegawai yang bertanggung jawab menghilang tidak bisa dihubungi. disarankan untuk memikirkan ulang jika membeli rumah disini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata bukan cuma saya yg punya masalah sertifikat.Sudah bayar lunas, tapi sertifikat belum jadi juga setelah 5 tahun lebih.Tiap ditanya selalu beralasan masih progres terus...payah.
Yang mau beli rumah sama nih developer mendingan cari yg lain deh
