★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without notice and information to customer, they cut off the service that had been registered at first contract. The CS is always slow response. You buy TV+internet (wifi) service means for long term, not suddenly cut off by provider. A worst service I have ever found.

We paid many months in advance; customer service acknowledged receipt of the transactions; next month they asked to pay again and refused knowledge of previous advance payment; we sent proof; customer service ignores, no response. Declined to tell us the name of the person answering the emails. Corruption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet provider I've ever dealt with in my life and was provided by my shady villa owner in Bali as "good and fast internet". Daily outages, incredibly slow internet, takes minutes to load a webpage when you pay 638.000 IDR per month, horrible support, customer service speaks terrible English, they refused us to change our Wi-Fi password because they want to "monitor the network". Someone should probably at some point take legal action against them. If you do, I'll gladly help in case you need any evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible service after only 2 weeks, theyve stopped providing the internet even though we've already paid for it 3 months in advance. The internet speed kept on fluctuating rarely itll go as fast as its supposed to be and then completely drop to unusable. Sometimes you just cant use it at all. Customer service arent responding at all.
If it werent for gig going bankrupt and all other isps becoming completely booked i would have not touched this heap of garbage green net. DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES
