akun saya di nonaktifkan sementara.dan minta pembaruan data.dalam masa pandemi corona..customer service kantor maspion plaza grab tidak bisa membantu menyelesaikan masalah pada saya driver...bukan mempermudah malah mempersulit driver.sehingga akun driver saya tidak bisa di aktifkan kembali.sangat di sayangkan pelayannya.

Grab Bike Driver profesional yg rajin kerjanya... mau aktivasi kembali... hanya krn KTP hilang...sdh dilengkapi dg surat kehilangan kepolisan dan dan fotocopy KTP,.... tidak ada pertimbangan sedikitpun atas prestasinya dan loyalitasnya pd GRAB selama aktif. Apa Grab tdk nge link sama data eKTP di DUKCAPIL...? Perusahaan online kok gak ngelink online dg Dukcapil.. ? Sedih saya lihat sodara Grab Bike Driver yg sdg semangat cari nafkah di kondisi Korona ini... tapi tdk didukung oleh Grab... Dimana hati manajemen Grab .. ? Dimana rasa kemanusiaannya..... Semoga dibaca oleh Grab Top Management... agar disikapi dg bijak setiap kondisi ... apalagi ini Grab Bike Loyal Driver yg profesional... lihat isaja historynya...

Does Grab not link with eKTP data on DUKCAPIL ...? How come online companies don't link online with Dukcapil ...? I'm sad to see Sodara Grab Bike Driver who is passionate about making a living in this Corona condition ... but not supported by Grab ... Where is the heart of management Grab ...? Yth PT Grab Indonesia, Permasalahan pembatalan kepesertaan Housing Program KPR dari November 2020 smpai sekrg KENAPA TDK selesai, saya dijanjikan akan dikembalikannya dana yg sdh masuk (email dr Grab di Februari 2021) tapi sampai skrg TDK ada Realisasi.. Apakh Krn Saya yg ajukan pembatalan kepesertaan sehingga permohonan pengembalian dana jadi lambat.. bahkan meminta rincian yg sdh masuk TIDAK pernah sy terima.. Email di 25-9-2021 mempertanyakan lagi bukti pembatalan, pdhl bisa dilihat di Database bahwa sy sdh kirimkan semua bukti yg di perlukan.. Mohon kepastian, agar sy bisa seger mendapatkan kejelasan dan bukan malah sy yg seakan2 berhutang Krn Alasan dari Grab utk penyesuaian..
Dear PT Grab Indonesia, The problem of canceling the Housing Program KPR membership from November 2020 until now WHY is the TDK completed, I was promised a refund of the incoming funds (email from Grab in February 2021) but until now TDK has been realized.. Is it because I'm the one who requested the cancellation participation so that the refund request is slow.. even asking for the details that have been entered I have never received.. Email at 25-9-2021 again questioned the proof of cancellation, but it can be seen in the database that I have sent all the evidence needed.. Please confirm, so that I can immediately get clarity and not even me who seems to be in debt because of the reason from Grab for adjustments..
