★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau cairkan bpjs tapi kenapa proses pengambilan paklaring berbelit lempar sana lempar sini ya? Sampai sekarang ga ada kejelasan harus gimananya, hrd pun ganti² terus ga ada penyelesaian. Bingung saya? Tolong dong jangan dipersulit, beri kepastian.
I want to disburse the BPJS but why is the process of taking the paklaring so complicated, throw it here and there, right? Until now there is no clarity on what to do, even HRD keeps changing and there is no solution. I'm confused? Please don't make it difficult, give certainty.
