★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget, mau booking servis, ditunda tunda mulu dan teknisi gak datang datang. Ditanya kapan pasti datangnya, cuma bilang nanti dikonfirmasi tapi ga pernah telepon kalo bukan kita yang nanya. Dan jawabannya sama lagi, nanti dikonfirmasi. Padahal ini cuma mau servis regular, ga tau deh kalo mesin rusak dan harus klaim garansi, pasti lebih parah lagi
Really bad, want to book a service, postpone delay and technicians don't come. Asked when it would come, just said later it was confirmed but never called if we didn't ask. And the answer is the same again, later confirmed. Even though it only wants regular service, I don't know if the machine is broken and I have to claim warranty, it will be even worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan after sales sangat bagus, respon time cepat, dan teknisi berpengalaman, sudah 6 bulan berjalan mesin belum ada kendala berat, hanya perlu service ringan dan penggantian sparepart. recomended banget
The after sales service is very good, the response time is fast, and the technicians are experienced, the machine has been running for 6 months, there are no serious problems, it only needs light service and replacement of spare parts. really recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget service mesin fotocopy blm kelar ga balik" lg teknisi nya mana daleman mesin nya ada yg di bawa lg kata nya mau service di pusat tp ga da kabar lg di hubungin jg pd susah, smpe tlp ke cs buat service ga di jadwalin dr seblum corona smpe lebaran 2021 masih blm da yg dateng teknisi nya. Smpe mesin nya ga ke pake sm sekali. Ga recomen buat beli mesin dsni.
