Today just sent Nautica watch to service centre by Grab, drama happened (security not allowed), but somehow got information that my watch has been received by Pak Suko - Call Centre. Thank you for your assistance :)

its nice office but i disappointed with casio quality. my watch (digital) only after 5 months suddenly off with no reason, it didnt fell, didnt get any shock and i even didnt wear it when i swim though its waterproof too. and when i brought my watch here they checked it and said its because the IC. and replacement for it is not covered by guarantee and gonna take up to similar price like the watch itself. when i asked why this is can happen they cant provide me good reason or even solution how to avoid this to happen if i buy another one next time. errr i dont wanna buy casio watch again

I have Guess watches and must come every year to replace the batteries. Bad experiences for the customer service, i have to wait for more than 45 minutes just to ask for a battery replacement service and have to wait another 1 hour to get it done, and another queue for payment. I will never buy again watch with brands managed by GAP, very upsetting

Sad, sad after sales service. Called their service centre a few times with no one answering the calls. So I went to the office in person, there were only 2 ladies (who are slow and bad product knowledge) at the counter..serving 10 customers. When asked about my Gshock battery, she had to go back and forth the service room to ask. Why can't they be trained properly? Spare parts are also always out of stock. Be prepared to wait 1-2months for batteries or longer for leather straps. Now I know why my phone calls were never answered. Better to take your Casio watches to Singapore for repair/battery replacements.
