★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perusahaan ini payah. Selalu punya dalih untuk makan uang custimer. Refund atau pengembalian dana hanya cara untuk mengambil keuntungan dari custoner. Krn tdk akan kembali. Setiap hati customer akan diminta menghubungi kembali yg jawaban nya sama "masih diproses" . Jawaban itu akan trs diberikan sampai cust cape menghubungi. Kapok urusan dng nusatrip satu2 nya perusahaan yg kantornya ga bs didatangi.
This company sucks. Always have an excuse to eat custimer money. Refunds or refunds are only ways to take advantage of a custoner. Krn won't come back. Every customer's heart will be asked to call back with the same answer "still being processed". The answer will continue to be given until customer contact. Kapok is the only company whose office cannot be visited.
