Kalo gk mau trima kerja .. ya jng trima dunk.. ud bela2in keluar dri kantor lama demi msk gamma, trnyata di perlakukan sperti neh, baru masuk 2 minggu ud di tendang padahal di kontrak probotion 3 bulan.. . alasan nya gk sesuai ekspetasi, gk bsa adaptasi .. padahal alasan sbnr nya gaji w kegedean .. 7.5 juta gede apa nya ? Jujur ya lbh baik gk usa di trima dri awal kalo keberatan dg salary 7.5 juta.. daripada w hrs keluar dri tmpt lama demi gamma.. lagi zaman corona susah uey cri pekerjaan .. dan hrd nya tidak bisa jaga rahasia tentang salary.. pantes karyawan sono pada sinis sama w ..
Tp ydhlah ya nama nya bkn rejeki jga..
Jng mau lamar kerja dsini... di gamma tu kalo ud masuk hrs ud bisa kerja.. hrs uda tau sistem nya... jdi gk perlu ada yg diajarin lgi.

If you don't want to accept work.. don't accept it. the reason is that it doesn't match expectations, can't adapt... even though the real reason is that the salary is too big... 7.5 million is big, what is it? Perusahaan yang sangat memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, di tengah pandemi rutin mengadakan swab test untuk karyawan, masing-masing karyawan diberikan thermogun untuk di rumah, diberikan catering untuk menghindari kerumunan pada jam makan siang. Sebelum pandemi juga ada outing ke Bali. Dapat bonus tahunan, THR, sisa cuti dapat diuangkan, bisa medical reimbursement, dan asuransi kesehatan. Ga semua perusahaan bisa begini. Ada jenjang karir, dan tidak menutup kesempatan untuk karyawan ingin berkembang, diberikan trainning untuk mengasah potensi karyawan. Sesama karyawan memiliki hubungan kekeluargaan, saling menghormati satu dengan yang lain.
