★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fumakilla perusahaan yg besar dan sudah punya nama. sayang kalau karyawannya tidak disiplin waktu. perlu diberikan pengarahan, teguran atau sanksi terhadap karyawan yg sering terlambat datang ke jemputan. bukan sekali dua kali, bukan tiga menit atau lima menit. giliran telat datang ke pabrik karena macet yg kena kan siapa. jangan menunggu spekulasi publik yg tidak tidak terhadap perusahaan dulu baru ditindak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong kepada PT. Fumakilla Indonesia untuk lebih tegas dalam mendisiplinkan karyawannya yang selalu datang telat ke tempat jemputan bus. Supir bus harus menunggu lama mereka datang terlambat dari waktu tunggu setiap harinya, padahal kawasan pabrik termasuk padat dan sering macet. Karena jika telat saat masuk pt pasti yang disalahkan supir busnya, kasihan mereka harus menunggu karyawan yang tidak disiplin datang pagi dan membuat kedatangan terlambat. Mohon untuk ditindaklanjuti sehingga bisa lebih baik lagi ke depannya, terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baik dari atasan, security, karyawan, semua nya gada akhlak.. Orang nya jahat2, banyak yg resign karna gak kuat sm lingkungan sosial yg ekstrem, trmasuk saya. Diskriminatif. Sistem kerja yg sangat sangat sangat amat buruk.
Both from superiors, security, employees, all of them have no morals.. The people are bad, many have resigned because they are not strong with extreme social environments, including me. Discriminatory. Very very very very bad working system.
