★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya adalah customer mesin swirl. Saya kecewa bgt sama after sale dari PT Ekspresso Italia. Waktu sales menjual aja gigih banget giliran udah kebeli ke customernya jelek banget after sales nya. Waktu beli dengan sales Toni terus wkt barang datang untuk training swirl dengan Yuli. Katanya harusnya dapet gelas swirl 2 tp saya tanya Tony katanya ga tp kaya Yuli iya tp di follow up blgnya nanti nanti nanti pada akhirnya bebrapa kali follow up hasil nya NIHIL. Saya yg tadinya mau beli mesin lagi disini jd males karena after salesnya begini. Kecewa banget saya beli disini. Next tolong dong perbaiki sistem after sales untuk para salesnya. Terima kasih.
 I am a swirl machine customer. I am very disappointed with the after sale from PT Ekspresso Italia. When sales are selling, they are really persistent, it's their turn to buy from customers, the after sales are really bad. The time to buy with Toni's sales continued when the goods came for the training swirl with Yuli. He said he should have gotten a swirl 2 glass but I asked Tony he said no but it's like Yuli, but in the follow up the post later, in the end, after a few follow ups, the result was NIL. I was the one who wanted to buy another machine here, so I'm lazy because the after sales are like this. Very disappointed I bought here. Next, please fix the after sales system for the sales. Thank you.
