★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy sewot sekali sama Elteha. Pesanan sy sdh 2 minggu gak dateng2 padahal katanya kira2 5 hari sampai via Elteha. Sy dpt nomor resi, tpi resi gabisa dilacak via online, hrs via telp, lah no telp yg dicantumin aja gabisa dihubungi. Trus maunya apa??? Saya hubungi ke yg ngirim via Elteha utk diurus. Eh ternyata alamat sy di luar jangkauan pengiriman. Sy tanya, "knp dri awal gak ditanyakan?" dan sy dikasih ss jawaban Elteha kalau awalnya mrk menyetujui dan bilang akan sampai, area dlm jangkauan, tpi ternyata yg bisa ngecek cuma kantor cabang yg dituju. Kenapa dri awal gak ditanyain ke kantor cabangnya? Jelas2 sy udh tulis Bogor. Trus mrk minta sy ambil paket sendiri. Tpi di google map gaada keterangan buka/tutupnya jam brp. Sy jauh2 datang utk menanyakan paketnya gmn, sampe2 di sini tutup. Ya bisa aja sy nanyain terlebih dahulu. Tpi sekali lagi, nomor yg dicantumkan gak aktif. Lucu gak sih??? GAK REKOMEN. GAAKAN PAKE ELTEHA LAGI. KALO BISA KASIH BINTANG 0, MENDING KASIH BINTANG 0, BINTANG 1 KEBAGUSAN
 I'm really upset at Elteha. My order has not arrived for 2 weeks even though it said it took about 5 days to arrive via Elteha. I got the receipt number, but the receipt can't be traced online, it has to be via the phone, that's the phone number that is listed, can't be contacted. Then what do you want? I contacted the sender via Elteha to be taken care of. Uh it turns out that my address is out of reach. I asked, "how come it wasn't asked from the start?" and I was given Elteha's answer if initially they agreed and said they would arrive, the area was within reach, but it turned out that only the designated branch office could check. Why weren't you asked at the branch office from the start? Obviously I've written Bogor. Then they asked me to take the package myself. But on the google map there is no information on opening / closing at brp. I came all the way to ask how the package was, until it was closed here. Yes, I can just ask first. But again, the number listed is not active. Isn't it funny ??? NOT RECOMMENDED. USE PAKE ELTEHA AGAIN. IF YOU CAN LOVE A 0 STAR, MENDING LOVE A 0 STAR, A 1 STAR IS KEBAGUSAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan paket suruh ambil sendiri padahal jauh banget, tidak ngomong di awal. di ajak kerja sama gak mau padahal saya gak keberatan kalo harus tambah ongkos lagi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila ini perusahaan courier, maaf bukan menjelekan tapi saya bicara fakta, sudah 11 hari barang saya belum sampai, pengirim sudah cek di elteha asal kota pengirim, dan jawabannya cuma besok sampai...besok sampai, sampai hari ini barang saya belum sampai. Saran saya elteha mundur saja dari persaingan usaha ini, kalah jauh dari indah cargo, dakota, herona atau jne. Untuk yg mau menggunakan jasa perusahaan ini saya harap janganlah, anda bisa bisa jadi darah tinggi.
Crazy, this is a courier company, sorry, it's not bad but I'm talking about the fact, it's been 11 days since my goods arrived, the sender has checked at Elteha from the sender's city, and the answer is only tomorrow until ... tomorrow, until today my item hasn't arrived. Bakalan kalah saing dengan ekspedisi lain kalo seperti ini terus.

Which phone number can you contact? My item was already on the 3rd, it didn't arrive a week or more. The receipt can not be checked either, what is a receipt for. On the phone, I can't. No info that can be downloaded!

Bikin naik pitam... kalau kirim buah buahan sudah busuk .. Padahal ongkosnya 350000 mahal tapi kita ??
