★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HRDnya jutek, ga ada senyum2nya sama sekali. Yang ada malah menimbulkan ketegangan.
Dan amat-sangat tidak profesional, karena tidak bisa membedakan antara "cerita" dengan "curhat".
Orang sedang menceritakan potensi dirinya, tapi yang ditangkap malah hal lainnya & dianggap curhat.
Dan tidak bisa menghargai kerja keras orang lain. Orang sudah datang jauh2 & pagi2, dari jam 8 pagi sampe jam 6 sore mengikuti prosesi psikotes & interview, dan sudah bbrp kali lolos seleksi, masa di interview cuma 2 menit.
Makanya saya bilang, HRDnya amat-sangat tidak profesional!
The HRD is dirty, there's no smile at all. There is even a tension.
And very, very unprofessional, because it can not distinguish between "story" with "confide".
People are talking about their potential, but what is captured is even something else and is considered to be vent.
And can not appreciate the hard work of others. People have come a long way & in the morning, from 8 am to 6 pm took part in a procession of psychological tests & interviews, and have already passed several selections, the interview period was only 2 minutes.
That's why I say, the HRD is very, very unprofessional!

A cool place to work, the people are friendly "it's delicious even though the salary is not satisfactory but there are lots of memories of the first work experience
