★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan ga ramah, ngirim jam sore mesti nunggu 30menit lebih dengan alasan counter sdg istirahat.. padahal masih sore karywan jg bnyak pada maen hp di meja counter.. tolong di perbaiki
 Employees are not friendly, sending the evening hours must wait 30 minutes more with the reason the counter is resting ... even though it is still in the afternoon the employees also don't pay much attention to the cellphone at the counter table ... please fix it

Saya tau ya kerjaan kurir memang berat apalagi bawa barang besar2. Tapi sama customer tolong dong yg ramah. Padahal ya beberapa kali dikasih uang tambahan, biar seneng, tapi kyk nggak ada trimakasih2 nya sama sekali dan langsung pergi dengan wajah jutek. Apa iya dikasih uang 50rb++ itu ga berarti apa2? Kita ga pamrih kok, cuma tolong senyum dikit aja biar customernya seneng dan ga kapok.
The courier is not friendly at all.
I know that courier work is indeed heavy, especially carrying large items. But with the customer please be friendly. Even though yes, I was given additional money several times, so I was happy, but I guess there was no thanks at all and immediately left with a dirty face. Does it mean nothing to give 50 thousand ++ money? We don't take it personally, just please smile a little so that the customers are happy and don't give up.
