Aplikasinya sampah! Jgn pernah pake, payah bgt pelayanannya, kl ga siap ga usah sok2 bwt aplikasi deh!
Messages via the application cannot be said to be delivered. CS is not picked up, not picked up, e-mails continue to bounce.
Garbage application! Don't ever use it, it's really bad for the service, you're not ready, you don't need to be pretentious by the application!

β β β β β First impresi ke kantor ini parah abis.. Nunggu 1 jam gk ada yang aware. Kiri kanan sok sibuk entah ngapain. Padahal kantor biasa aja.. Customer service gak ada. Telpon kantor gak pernah diangkat. Kantor / perusahaan nya seperti tidak punya budaya dalam bekerja. No value. Tidak punya nilai tambah. Pantes office nya tidak maju dalam hal apapun.
First, the impression to this office was really bad .. Waiting for 1 hour, no one was aware. Left right, pretending to be busy, I don't know what to do. Even though it's just an ordinary office .. Customer service doesn't exist. The office phone was never answered. The office / company seems to have no culture at work. No value. Has no added value. Pantes the office is not advancing in any case.

β β β β β Ini watsons kan.. aplikasi onlineshopnya di android buruk, jawaban email customer service nya tidak menyelesaikan masalah sama sekali, pengiriman barang laaaamaaaa..barang belum diterima tapi diaplikasi sudah selesai.
This is watsons right ... the online application on Android is bad, the answer to the customer service email does not solve the problem at all, the delivery of goods is laaaaaaaa..the goods have not been received but the application is complete.

β β β β β Beli di aplikasi udah ga dproses berhari hari, akhirnya ditanya terus tiba2 dicancel, bilangnya refund 10-20 hari sampe sekarang tapi uang saya ga dibalikin, customer service buruk banget, pertanyaan saya ga ada yang bisa dijawab padahal simple. Jawaban mereka apapun cuma 1 copy paste lagi.
Parahnya sekarang saya tanya kenapa refund saya masih belum saya terima? GA DIBALES SAMA SEKALI. DITELFON GA DIANGKAT.
Perusahaan sebesar ini kenapa managementmya buruk banget sih? Beneran ga ada kode etis kerja. Balikin uang saya, ini apa bedanya sama penipuan?
