Alih alih mengisi e-toll di kios rokok sebelum pintu masuk tol Karawang timur namun sangat lama berhenti disisi jalan yang mengakibatkan kemacetan parah di jam sibuk. Tolong beri arahan pada driver expedisi kalian agar tidak berhenti semaunya dan membuat lalu lintas tersendat akibat mobil-mobil expedisi kalian. Lebih baik perusahaan yang menyiapkan saldo e-toll sebelum driver melakukan perjalanan daripada harus driver yang mengisi sendiri e-toll nya dipinggir jalan. Terima kasih

One of your truck (box car) was driving behind my scooter on Jalan Pengosekan, Ubud, today around 12.30.
The driver was constantly honking at me and drove very close to me. I tried to give him space to take over, but instead of carefully doing that, he honked again and it happened for almost the whole time we were on Jalan Pengosekan.
It was very dangerous and I hope you would train your drivers better about their attitude on the road. I was driving around 40kph, so it was a normal speed, but your driver was driving recklessly and made a very uncomfortable distress on the road. It would also create disadvantage for your company if the drivers cause accident since you will be fully responsible for it. Please pay attention to this matter.
