1. Proses Rekrutmen kurang efektif efisien, test cuma 1 jam tapi nunggu disitu bisa sampe 3-4 jam
2. Yang Ngelamar Murni Proses Rekrutmen dimulai dari tahap 0, 1 dan seterusnya, Kalo yang Pake Orang Dalem atau via Biaya Adm bisa langsung ke tahap 4
3. Jam kerja 12 jam, Upah Harian,
4. Banyak yang masuk dan keluar tiap Minggunya, dari situ sudah cukup menggambarkan Sistem kerja disitu

1. The recruitment process is less effective and efficient, the test is only 1 hour but waiting there can take up to 3-4 hours
2. Pure Applicants The recruitment process starts from stage 0, 1 and so on, those who use Dalem or via Adm Fees can go directly to stage 4
3. Working hours 12 hours, Daily Wage,
4. Many come in and out every week, from there it is enough to describe the working system there
